Title: Small interfering RNA therapy for transthyretin-mediated amyloidosis

Tools: VMD, 3ds max, Illustrator, After Effects

Target Audience: Research scientists, medical doctors at potential Phase III study sites

Background: For my Animation II final project I chose to do a promotional video, the target audience are medical doctors at potential phase III clinical trial sites. This was based on Alnylam Pharmaceuticals' siRNA therapy Patisiran. I made the animation using 3ds max and composited in Adobe After Effects.
